Who we are
Nest Commons is an online store and marketplace operated by Nosh2Go LLC, located at 1500 N Grant St, Ste N, Denver, CO 80203, United States. Nest Commons sells its own selection of home, garden and pet goods, and is open to independent sellers who pass our Seller Verification. Every product page shows who sells the item (“Sold by”) and where it ships from, and every order is covered by our Buyer Protection Guarantee.
Items sold by Nest Commons
Products marked “Sold by Nest Commons” are sold by Nosh2Go LLC. We do not manufacture them: we select them from suppliers and they are shipped directly from our suppliers’ warehouses in China or the United States, depending on the item and stock. The product page shows the ship-from country when we know it for that item. Delivery times are in our Shipping Policy.
Items sold by independent sellers
- Sellers are independent businesses that apply, pass our Seller Verification review and agree to our Seller Agreement before they can list products. Each seller declares the real location it ships from, which is shown on its product pages and shop page. Each seller connects its own payment account; when you pay for an item from a seller, the payment goes directly to the seller shown as “Sold by”. The current sellers are listed on All Sellers.
- Nest Commons runs the website and the checkout, enforces our Prohibited & Restricted Items rules, handles customer support and disputes, and backs every order with the Buyer Protection Guarantee.
- Shoppers check out on Nest Commons and contact Nest Commons support for any problem with any order.
Our standards
We only accept sellers who can prove their business identity, ship from a disclosed location and sell genuine, lawful goods. We do not allow counterfeit or trademark-infringing items, and we remove listings reported under our IP / Counterfeit Report process. Seller performance (shipping time, cancellation rate, disputes) is reviewed continuously and sellers who fall below our standards are suspended.
