Nosh2Go LLC (“we”) operates the Nest Commons marketplace. This policy explains what personal data we collect and how we share it with sellers.
Data we collect
- Account and order data: name, email, phone, shipping and billing address, order history.
- Payment data: processed by Airwallex, the only payment provider used on Nest Commons; we do not store full card numbers.
- Technical data: IP address, device, cookies and analytics events.
- Seller applicants: business name, registration documents, tax details and the identifier of their payment account, collected for verification.
How we use it
- To process orders, payments, refunds and Buyer Protection claims.
- To verify sellers and prevent fraud, counterfeits and abuse.
- To provide customer support and send order notifications.
- To improve the website and, with consent where required, for marketing.
Sharing with sellers
When you buy from a seller, we share only the data needed to fulfill your order (name, shipping address, phone and items ordered). Sellers are contractually prohibited from using it for any other purpose under the Seller Agreement.
Other recipients
Payment processors, shipping carriers, hosting and email providers, and authorities when required by law. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your data, or opt out of marketing, by emailing [email protected]. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA.
Retention and security
We keep order data as long as required for accounting and legal purposes and protect it with encryption in transit and access controls.
