Every order placed through the Nest Commons checkout is protected by Nosh2Go LLC, whichever seller ships it. Your payment goes directly to the seller, and Nest Commons guarantees that you get the item you ordered or your money back.
What is covered
- Item not received: the order did not arrive within the estimated delivery time plus 7 days.
- Not as described: the item is materially different from the listing, counterfeit, damaged or defective.
- Return not refunded: you returned an item according to the policy but the seller did not refund.
How to claim
- Open a claim within 30 days of the estimated delivery date: on your order page (My Account → Orders), from the link in your order confirmation email, or on our Open a Buyer Protection Claim page with your order number and email. You can also write to [email protected].
- The seller is notified immediately and has 48 hours to resolve the issue, usually by refunding you through the seller’s payment account. You receive an email at each step.
- If the seller does not respond in time, the claim is escalated automatically and Nest Commons decides the case, usually within 5 business days. Approved claims are refunded by Nest Commons directly.
Not covered
- Items paid outside the Nest Commons checkout (never pay a seller by other means).
- Change-of-mind returns outside the return window.
- Claims filed after 30 days.
Who pays
Sellers refund their own orders. When a seller fails to refund an approved claim, Nest Commons refunds you directly and adds that amount to the seller’s next commission invoice, payable within 14 days; if the seller does not pay it on time, checkout for the seller’s listings is paused until it is paid. Sellers with repeated claims are suspended under the Seller Agreement.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are paid through Airwallex to your original payment method (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna or Afterpay), whether the seller or Nest Commons issues the refund.
Your statutory rights
This guarantee is in addition to your rights under consumer protection law, your card issuer’s chargeback rights.
