Every seller on Nest Commons is reviewed manually by our team before they can sell. New accounts are created with selling disabled; selling is enabled only after verification is approved.
What we verify
- Legal entity: registered business name, registration number and certificate.
- Identity of the owner or authorized representative (government-issued ID).
- Address: business address and the warehouse or ship-from location.
- Contact: working email and phone number.
- Payment account — an Airwallex business account verified by Airwallex, in the name of the verified business (the only payment provider we accept); listings cannot be bought until it is connected and verified by our team.
- Product sourcing: sample invoices or authorization for any branded products.
Review steps
- Seller applies through Sell on Nest Commons.
- We review documents, usually within 3 business days, and may request more information.
- Approved sellers sign the Seller Agreement and can list products.
- Rejected applications receive the reason by email.
Ongoing checks
We re-verify sellers when their details change, when payment account details change, after IP complaints, or at least once a year. A public store page shows each seller’s name and ship-from region so shoppers know who they are buying from.
