These terms govern your use of Nest Commons, an online marketplace operated by Nosh2Go LLC, 1500 N Grant St, Ste N, Denver, CO 80203, United States.
Marketplace role
Nest Commons provides the platform, the checkout, customer support and the Buyer Protection Guarantee. Products are listed and shipped by independent sellers identified on each product page as “Sold by”, or by Nest Commons directly. The contract of sale is between you and that seller, and your payment is made directly to that seller’s own payment account; Nest Commons does not hold buyer funds for sellers.
Orders and pricing
Prices are shown in USD and include all charges except shipping and applicable tax, which are shown before payment. Each order contains items from one seller only, because each seller collects its own payment. We may cancel an order if a listing breaks our rules, the item is unavailable or the order appears fraudulent; in that case the seller refunds you in full.
Buyer Protection
Eligible orders are covered by the Buyer Protection Guarantee.
Acceptable use
- Do not post false reviews, misuse the report tools or attempt to bypass the Nest Commons checkout to pay sellers outside the marketplace.
- Do not infringe intellectual-property rights. Report infringing listings through IP / Counterfeit Report.
Payments
All payments on Nest Commons are processed by Airwallex. You can pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and Afterpay as offered at checkout. Items sold by Nest Commons are paid to Nosh2Go LLC; items from independent sellers are paid directly to the seller’s verified Airwallex account. Refunds go back to your original payment method. Sellers
Sellers are additionally bound by the Seller Agreement, Fees & Commission and Seller Payments & Fees.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Nosh2Go LLC’s liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
