Products on Nest Commons are shipped either by our suppliers (items “Sold by Nest Commons”) or by the independent seller shown as “Sold by” on the product page. Sellers must follow the shipping standards below, which form part of the Seller Agreement.

These times apply whichever country the item ships from. The estimate shown on each product page and at checkout applies to that seller. If your cart contains items shipped from different warehouses, you may receive separate shipments and separate tracking numbers.

Items sold by independent sellers
Each seller sets its own shipping fee for its shop (a fee per order, and optionally free shipping above an order amount). That seller’s fee is shown in the Delivery section of every product page it sells, in your cart and at checkout before you pay, and it is the same fee sent to shopping channels such as Google. Sellers may not add hidden fees or surcharges after the order is placed. Because each order contains items from one seller only, you pay one shipping fee per order.
Customs, duties and import taxes
Orders shipped across borders may be subject to import duties, customs fees and local taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are paid by the buyer on delivery. Refusing to pay them may result in the parcel being returned; in that case the original shipping cost and any return charges are not refundable.
Tracking
Every order receives a valid tracking number within the handling time. You will receive it by email and in your account. If tracking does not update for 7 days, contact [email protected].
Late or lost orders
If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time plus 7 days, you are covered by the Buyer Protection Guarantee: you receive a full refund if the order cannot be delivered.
