Every payment on Nest Commons is processed by Airwallex, a licensed global payment provider. Nest Commons accepts no other payment provider. The checkout page tells you who you are paying: items marked “Sold by Nest Commons” are paid to Nosh2Go LLC, and items from an independent seller are paid directly to that seller’s own verified Airwallex account.
Accepted payment methods

The methods offered for your order are shown at checkout; a method may be unavailable for some order amounts or addresses (for example Klarna and Afterpay order limits). Payments are processed by Airwallex under PCI-DSS; Nest Commons never sees or stores your full card number.
Items sold by Nest Commons
Items marked “Sold by Nest Commons” are sold by Nosh2Go LLC. You pay Nosh2Go LLC through its Airwallex account, and the charge appears on your statement under Nest Commons or Nosh2Go LLC. Refunds for these items are issued by Nosh2Go LLC to your original payment method.
Items sold by independent sellers
For items from an independent seller, your payment is sent directly to that seller’s own Airwallex account, which must be verified and held in the seller’s business name. Nest Commons runs the checkout page but does not receive or hold the payment. The charge appears on your statement under the seller’s business name as registered with Airwallex; the seller name is also shown on the product page, at checkout and on your order confirmation.
One seller per order
Because each seller collects its own payment, your cart can contain items from one seller at a time. If you add an item from another seller, we ask you to complete or empty the current cart first.
When you are charged
Your card or wallet is charged when you place the order. With Klarna or Afterpay, the amount and schedule are set by that provider, which pays the seller and collects from you under its own terms.
Refunds
Refunds always go back to the original payment method through Airwallex: to your card, to the card behind your Apple Pay or Google Pay wallet, or to your Klarna or Afterpay plan (which reduces or cancels your remaining installments under that provider’s terms). Items sold by an independent seller are refunded by the seller; if a seller fails to refund an eligible claim, Nest Commons refunds you directly. Failed or declined payments
If a payment is declined, the order is not placed. You can try another payment method or contact your bank. Pre-authorizations for failed attempts are released by your bank, usually within a few business days.
Security and fraud
Payments may be screened for fraud by Airwallex, including 3D Secure authentication by your card issuer. We may ask for additional verification or cancel suspicious orders with a full refund.
Currency and taxes
All prices are charged in US dollars. We do not currently collect sales tax on orders, so no sales tax is added at checkout. If we become required to collect sales tax in your state, it will be calculated from your shipping address and shown at checkout before you pay. Orders shipped outside the United States may also be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country; these are paid by the buyer (see the Shipping Policy).
Never pay outside the checkout
Sellers must not ask you to pay by bank transfer, gift card or any link outside the Nest Commons checkout. If anyone does, do not pay and report it to [email protected]; payments outside the checkout are not covered by Buyer Protection.
